MEET BEN CEHIC
With over a decade of law enforcement experience, Ben has actively responded to countless critical incident calls, including shootings, robberies, burglaries, car accidents, medical emergencies, sudden deaths, and active disturbances. As a Field Training Instructor, he has adeptly trained new officers, equipping them with the necessary skills to manage stress and take decisive action during crises. As a former Chief of Police Ben rebuilt a police department and improved trust with the community and its stake holders. His actions as a leader empowered officers to train harder, learn more and to be relentless when it comes to the needs of the community.
Recognizing the crucial need for accessible civilian critical incident training, Ben assembled a talented team of police officers, investigators, firefighters, medics, combat medics, and former military personnel. Together, they have successfully developed comprehensive training programs such as first aid and trauma training.
It did not stop there, Ben recognized that the security industry was ineffective. Police officers were taking criminal reports at locations that had security officers because security companies allowed for their security officers to be a liability rather than an asset to the clients and their communities. Ben observed that security officers were not attentive while on post, they were bad witnesses and could not be used to build criminal cases in court. To change the secuirty industry, Ben used his expertise in law enforcement and leadership to start offering security services with his company to protect clients and communities in a matter that they deserve.
